Hi,
I’m trying to make a mirror and am using hardware raytracing and TSR. The reflections suffers from terrible ghosting if either the camera or the object is moving. Using any other AA removes this issue, but makes the general aa quality quite poor as msaa is unavailable when using lumen. I’ve tried adjusting post processing settings for lumen/reflections/global illumination but nothing seems to fix the issue. Any ideas? There also seems to be some “white” shadows around both objects. It’s almost like some screen space reflections which disappears when I have the objects behind the camera.
edit: Setting the material blend mode to translucent, lighting mode to Surface ForwardShading and the translucency type in post process to Ray Tracing resulted in huge improvement. The ghosting is now much less noticeable but still present. The mirror does not have any translucency, so I’m not sure why this helped…
p.s. I made a similar post but as a new user I could not upload videos, and I can’t seem to remove the post from the pending status.
