I have been trying to get Pixel Streaming in VR working for several days with out success by following the documentation here Experimental Pixel Streaming Features | Unreal Engine 5.2 Documentation
I have tried on UE 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and the oculus branch they all get the same result. You end up in the floor and the view is terrible, is hard to explain but it almost looks like each eye is looking at a different direction, very disorienting then it eventually freezes.

The only one I have seen to get this working is Alex on his youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FQgsQLodcZM unfortunately not much is covered on how to get it working
