The last few weeks I have been getting many reports of players getting kicked when they join. I am not sure why as it also shows no error after they get back in the lobby.

I apologise for the delay in replying. I’ve taken a look at the issue and was wondering whether you still get reports of this happening? I see that the CCU for your island is pretty healthy, and unfortunately there isn’t a lot to go on in the information supplied. If you are still getting reports from your players, it would be very useful if you could get us an up to date FortniteGame.log from a player who experienced this issue. The log you supplied is old enough now that our internal server logs which could narrow down what is happening has been removed. A fresh log should help us look into the issue more closely. I will also ask our internal QA to try and reproduce the issue!
