"GetDeviceID" returns different values on different projects (Oculus 2 Standalone)

I’m working on two VR projects in UE 5.2 for Oculus 2 standalone, I’m using the “GetDeviceID” node in order to identify the players that entering the games.
When I run the builds of the projects, In each project I get a different ID for my Oculus.
Why can’t I get the same ID in all projects ?
