I would like to get the edge of a texture, my texture is a Mask generated by the output of the kinect.
only the player silhouette appear on the texture in gray scale (from black to white), and I would like to get the edge of this mask to make and outline “effect”
So from what you have described you are trying to get an outline effect similar to a cell shader.
If you would please link a screenshot of your material and confirm that this is what you are trying to do.
I use ComputeFilterWidth to get what I want
