Geo is breaking in movie render queue frames (sometimes)

movie render queue error issue here. See the building in the middle of the frame, the second image it is missing a bunch of geo. These are sequential shots (sometimes the missing stuff gets drawn, sometimes not). I already enabled Use Attach Parent Bound (this cleaned up MOST of similar issues) and disabled RMQ/Game Overrides/use LOD Zero + Disable HLODS. So I am still not sure what the solution is. Using tiled rendering on an 8k image. Let me know if any other suggestions, thanks!
