Generate sequence prestreaming asset from MRQ remote render

When using `UCinePrestreamingRecorderSetting` to generate prestreaming assets for sequences, the assets are generated when running local renders, but not when running remote renders from the editor UI or from the commandline. It seems that parts of the editor required to save packages are not initialized when running a Remote Render. We’re looking to automate the creation of these assets since they’ll become stale fairly often.

Is there a way that we can generate prestreaming assets from an MRQ render initiated from the commandline?
