I had a problem that Unreal could not match the Unreal Version Selector and I solved it by copying the Unreal Version Selector.exe to the engine folder (5.1) and then running it as I saw in a youtube video.
Then the options to generate the project files appeared but now when i execute it it gives no error but it only generates the ue.vcxproj and not the vcxproj for my game so when i open the project it only has the UE solution.
I have tried deleting all folders, restarting the computer, the epic games launcher but to no help. Also searched for someone with a similar problem and could not find it.
Does someone know what the error could be?
I’m trying to install it in Windows and I know the project works because I’ve already installed it in other computers
