Gaps in Object Due to Displacement Map

Hi everyone,

I have just gotten into experimenting with materials and decided to create some simple textures with normal maps, etc. They seem to work perfectly well untill I add a displacement map. The contours of displacement map causes gaps to open up open up where edges of the UV map meet.
I was wondering if there was a way to smooth this out somehow, any help at all is appreciated as I am very new to this.

I have attached images showing the cube with the material applied and of my material blueprint in its current state.
