GameUserSettings.ini location in standalone testing

Hi,

I’m trying to figure out where GameUserSettings.ini is loaded and written to when launching the project in standalone (its own process).

While testing in editor it’s in saved/config, and for shipping build it’s in AppData but when testing standalone outside of the editor it’s reading/saving from some other location that I can’t figure out.
