Games exists when leaving VR Pawn - Collaborative Viewer Template - WMR

I have been using the Collaborative Viewer project template for over a year now to setup 3D design reviews, mix of VR and flat screen participants. I have been using Steam VR and the Index for most of this, but we are switching to the HP Reverb G2 due to cost and ease of setup (AKA no base stations). I’m using the WMR plugin and trying to avoid setting up Steam on these VR PC kits I’m building. Things start out fine and work in VR but when I switch back to any other navigation mode (Fly, Walk, Orbit) I can see the Pawn camera switch and then a second later the game exits. I do not get this behavior with Steam VR. Log file with comments below.
