Summary
There are bugs with how a gameplay camera’s settings worked when following a target vs the player.
- Horizontal and Vertical Speed Setting Doesn’t Affect Focus Target
- Z Offsets are not respected for Focus Target (locks on pivot point’s Z/Up)
- Camera doesn’t begin to focus on target until a Fade transition is already ending.
The bugs seem to be consistent with all the gameplay camera types: orbit, fixed and angle
Also, the DEB Event to Focus on Target and Focus on Player do not work. (Also the Verse API is missing for it)

Steps to Reproduce
Place any gameplay camera
Set a target BP and set to focus on target
Adjust any of the following settings:
- Horizontal and Vertical Speed Setting
- Z Offset
Expected Result
Settings adjusted will be respected the same as Player Focus and Target Focus
Observed Result
Settings are ignored when focusting a target
