Summary
When you open Game Text Chat it does not allow you to send messages. It states “The chat will be available once you join a game with game chat enabled.”. This includes all experiences that do indeed have game chat enabled.

Steps to Reproduce
Load into an experience (example: Murder Mystery - 5253-8468-3364) and try to use Game Chat.
Expected Result
It will not allow you to send messages and display “The chat will be available once you join a game with game chat enabled”.
