FORT-880883 has been ‘Closed’. We’re unable to reproduce this issue.
Hello,
Im just a normal player, and I have been getting this “Preparing” status when attempting to play any map. it will just stay in “Preparing” forever. interestingly, If I click on cancel it will give “Error #1” .
This started around March 3rd, and before this day, it was working fine. I have attempted the basic troubleshooting suggested on the support page and no success. I have also tried to submit a Bug ticket inside the game, and it will stay in “sending report” status.
I havent done anything to my PC nor I have change anything to it.
Could this be revised again?

Hey, so does this just mean were not gonna do anything about this bug?
if your worried about reproducing, i have video evidence literally right on this post.
I will try my hardest to get them on this, I’ve had this bug for around a year now and its just not fair to us.
