I have the exact same issue as shown in the video & also have extremely similar hardware.

But my old pc* doesn’t have this issue at all and is fine updating and loading into any map like normal.

Issue also started for me after this last update and I can actually still load into maps that I had played before the update, but trying literally any map that shows the “updating x%” bar instantly crashes the game to desktop. Tried everything to fix it from repairing & reinstalling the game to trying different drivers versions to disabling my DNS - only thing I’m not trying is factory resetting my pc lol.
