Game cooking failing repeatedly

Hi everyone, I have a problem with a game I made, I am trying to package it for Windows and cooking fails. The log says the following:

I tried opening UE4 as an admin but nothing, I tried restarting and still nothing. Before reinstalling the engine version I want to assure myself that it would be the right thing to do since I don’t know what is causing this.
Launching the game from the editor also works, so the “cook on the fly” works fine.
