Game architecture : recurrent skin lag even in performance mode

I published my island with a nice custom heightmap, 2 different lighting moods with 80s california vibes and added custom neon palms and neon jump cubes, everything was optimized with world partition and HLODs so it runs at smooth +1000fps in performance mode but even running with this speed sometimes you can see a jump or lag in the skin every couple of seconds when I’m running with the skin (when I use vehicles everything looks perfect), what is the problem? I’m using 81% of memory average in any point of my map and I’m using only 9% of my project limit. I even erased my verse code to rotate stuff and I’m not manipulating the camera with code. my map code is 0103-5033-4847 Thanks in advance!
