First time poster, nice to meet you all. I’m working on a game project and currently prototyping an artstyle.
I want to create a material that gives me control over the color of the light and shadow side seperately. So the light side could be green while the shadow side could be purple. The cast shadows should remain as is, i don’t need control over it in this material.
I tried using a fresnel to quickly get to a similar effect but this is not the desired end result. The lightvector sounds like something i want to use but it can only be applied to deferred decals and translucent materials which is not what i want. I want to keep the base color etc. on the material.
Any help or pointing in the right direction is much apreciated!
