Summary
My friend cannot join my team when I send him the invite link, due to the age verification failing while he is in fact old enough to join my team. It fails when he tries to upload his own photo.

Get sent the invite link and follow the verification steps from there
Expected Result
I expected my friend’s account to be added to my team.
Observed Result
An error pops up saying that the system couldn’t verify that he meets the age requirements

I first contacted Epic support with as topic the creator program, and I was shown the link to these forums to find help for my issue.
