Fresnel_Function Doesn't work properly

Hi,
I’ve created an Actor which I have used a " Fresnel_Function " In Its material, what I’ve encountered is the " Fresnel_Function " doesn’t work properly when I rotate the actor

We’ll need more details. Ideally, the material setup. How is it supposed to work? What are your expectations?

I believe You yourself helped me out for that one as well)
in a way that there are two perpendicular plates each using the same material with " fresnel_function" so that It creates a " Plus " or " cross " type shape and the way It should work is depending on the angle of the camera when the camera gets near behind the arrow the " cross " type shape plates shouldn’t be visible and vice versa The plates each should be visible when the camera is looking at them from the width.
