I’ve reuploaded the file on SendSpace, is the link. I am unsure if I am allowed to do this, seeing as I do not own the content. I have the deletion URL saved, so if wants me to remove it, I can at any moment.

Should be up again. My SQL Server decided to take a break.
And yeah you can upload it, as long as you don’t change anything in it.
