Fortnite Fraud Support in Brazil (They don't want to resolve anything)

Summary

Players who use hacks and cheats in creative mode against other players because they can’t accept losing, when reported to Epic Games’ Brazilian support, have their requests closed without any action taken. I’m having problems with my account and with Fortnite itself, but they don’t respond or resolve anything. My account on this forum still uses my first name, even though I changed it a long time ago, and I can’t change it. I log into my account and it still shows the name I changed. Nothing syncs and they do nothing. I suggest that the American company check who they hire to manage the game in Brazil, because this is unacceptable. Aimbots and Cronus Zen on consoles give players an advantage over other players, which is unacceptable and causes hatred, anger, and discord. The servers are poorly optimized; one day it’s smooth to play, the next it’s sluggish and nothing works properly. Nobody can stand this. You think the problem is the PC, but in reality, it’s Epic Games nerfing everyone who plays well so that “nutella” players have a chance to win because they don’t want to practice at all in the game.
