Summary
Currently, after the latest discovery update, there is an issue in the creator portal where the Landscape Thumbnail you upload is not only regularly falsely flagged as not adhering to best practices (Yes, although i am sure it is correctly flagged most of the time, it is not always flagged correctly at all.) The bug I am reporting however is that this automation changes it’s results onto the same exact thumbnail, which is definitely not what it is supposed to do. It is supposed to always flag the same thumbnail and always not flag another thumbnail, as long as it actually adheres to your best practices or not. (This is a given, because why would the result of this check change on the exact same thumbnail every single time you upload it, that does not make any sense.) But, as it stands, my thumbnail is being flagged only half of the time (albeit, in my eyes, falsely.) I have multiple screenshots showing different outcomes to the AI check made just minutes from each other. Each shows a different result, and when i originally posted my thumbnail after the new discovery update it was not flagged. The time I uploaded it before, over a month ago, before the discovery update, it was not flagged either. I am currently facing this issue with a thumbnail which i fully believe to adhere to the blog’s best practices and does not follow any bad practices. I hope this can be resolved so that creators that have thumbnails that are unique and actually adhere to the blog’s best practices and do not follow any bad practices are not flagged, and so that anyone who is facing the same issues as me, does not have to run into them going forward.

Steps to Reproduce
This is not reproduceable for just any thumbnail. I am sure that there must be thumbnails that are consistently flagged every single time or consistently not flagged every single time. But, on a thumbnail such as mine, you can publish it, or upload it multiple times and the result of the check changes a lot of time.
Expected Result
The expected result is what should be happening: Not being flagged on a thumbnail which adheres to your best practices, every single time consistently. And being flagged on a thumbnail which does not adhere your best practices, every single time consistently.
Observed Result
The result I ended up with is publishing my map without it being flagged, going back, and suddenly it is flagged, but when i refresh the page, it is not flagged at all. And when i refresh again, the result is likely to change again.

If needed, I can provide a video of me showcasing this bug further. I hope this can be resolved.
