Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Fortnite on PS5.
  2. Enter Creative mode.
  3. Try to join any Creative map.
  4. Wait until loading reaches 100%.
  5. After a few seconds, Matchmaking Error #1 appears.
  6. Repeat with other Creative maps.

Expected Result

The Creative map should load successfully, allowing me to enter and play without any matchmaking errors.

Observed Result

After loading reaches 100%, Matchmaking Error #1 appears after a few seconds. I cannot enter any Creative map. This problem has lasted approximately three months. Battle Royale works normally.

Additional Notes

I use a mobile hotspot with MCI (Hamrah Aval) internet in Iran. I have tried changing the matchmaking region, but the problem persists. My internet connection and PlayStation Network tests are successful. Previously, two Creative maps worked, but now no Creative maps work. Battle Royale still works normally.
