Summary
Public matchmaking on 2-player buildfight/realistic islands intermittently leaves me stuck on the full-screen island loading screen for approximately five minutes before returning me to the lobby. I have also seen 3 players listed in the Escape menu during a session intended for only 2 players.

Steps to Reproduce
Select 1v1 Build Fight Rezon, island code 7835-3901-1999
Set matchmaking to Public/Fill on the Europe region
Queue into the island
Repeat several times because the issue is intermittent
On an affected attempt, matchmaking completes and the full-screen island loading screen appears
The loading screen remains for approximately five minutes
Fortnite then returns the player to the lobby.
Expected Result
A maximum of 2 players should be assigned to the session, and both players should finish loading and enter the match normally.
Observed Result
The issue happens intermittently, matchmaking completes, but I remain on the full-screen island loading screen for approximately five minutes before being returned to the lobby. During testing, I also saw 3 players listed in the Escape menu inside this 2-player 1v1 island. My client log from a failed attempt shows the match changing from InProgress to WaitingPostMatch and EndGame almost immediately. My client then remains on FortCreativeStartScreen and is eventually returned to the lobby without an error message.

Additional Notes
Issue began rougly around chapter 6 season 2.
The issue mainly affects public buildfight and realistic 1v1 maps. Freebuild maps and larger fighting maps generally load normally.
The issue is intermittent and may require several attempts to reproduce.
I completely deleted Fortnite and its remaining local files and reinstalled it, but the issue continued.
On the captured failed attempt, the log also reports that a remote PlayerState could not be retrieved shortly before the match entered EndGame.
