Fortnite Cannot Launch When signed into the Unreal Editor

Summary

Had a problem for a while that the main game cannot be opened while I am signed into the unreal editor. When i log out of the editor, it stays logged in. It fixed about 2 times, and let me open the game, but 99% of the time it goes to initializing, then closes it.

Observed Result

Goes to 100% when opening, says initizializing, then closes and opens the launcher again

Hey zzz_quzo,

With the Task Manager for UEFN, Fortnite doesn’t close to well, but look for EpicWebHelpers to end task, usually its the dormant ones using 0% resources, end task those and then you can end task the fortnite, which will let you launch Fortnite.

Hope they sort it out soon.
