FortCharacter.Damage Only Works 10 Seconds After Spawn

Summary

You cannot call Fort.Damage for at least 10 seconds after a player has spawned

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Allow a player to spawn using a spawn pad
  2. Use FortCharacter.Damage(1000.0) on that player after spawn event
  3. It will NOT work until 10 seconds minimum have passed

Expected Result

  1. Regardless of spawn immunity, when you call Fort.Damage it should work on a payer after a spawn event

Observed Result

You cannot damage or eliminate a player until a minimum of 10 seconds have passed (even if spawn immunity is set to the lowest value)
