Dear Fab Support,

I am following up on my earlier email regarding my pending payout of $176.72 from my seller account Mercury Studio. My account was blocked, but the earnings are still visible on my payout dashboard

Since I have not received a response yet, I kindly request you to update me on the status of this payout and when I can expect the funds to be released.

I am writing about my seller account Mercury Studio (profile link: Fab ). My account was blocked, but my earnings of $176.72 are still showing as pending in the payout section

Very similar situation here. Earnings confirmed and visible, Hyperwallet verified, every requirement fulfilled. FAB support committed in writing to reprocess the payment once setup was complete, then escalated to “finance team” with no timeline and no accountability. The pattern of visible confirmed earnings that simply cannot be released affects multiple sellers across different circumstances. Which in turn is a net negative for buyers, sellers and user alike.
