Summary
The z offset in the foliage tool does not work correctly. Negative values push the meshes up instead of down.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a foliage tool with any mesh
- Paint on the landscape with z offset set to negative values that correspond to the original mesh size, so that the meshes are pushed partly down into the ground, like stones for example.
Expected Result
The meshes should be pushed into the ground at random values according to the min and max settings of the z offset.
Observed Result
The meshes are being pushed upward instead of down. This has happened a few years ago, too.
