Foliage Shifting/Being Deleted Upon Switching to Landscape Mode?

Hey all, I’m having an issue where instances of foliage are getting deleted or shifted out of place when I switch over to Landscape mode from any other mode. It seems to be affecting only two foliage actors - the shrubs in the planters on ground level and the flowers in the planters beneath the windows.

I’ve replaced the lost or shifted foliage twice with newly painted instances (still using the same foliage actor) and the problem persists.

Any idea what could be causing this to happen? I have about 5 landscape layers - is there any known issue related those perhaps?

Cheers

EDIT

Quick update, unchecking ‘Enable Edit Layers’ under the Landscape’s Details panel does prevent this behavior, but obviously removes the ability to use layers while sculpting the landscape.

Curiously, re-enabling edit layers results in the foliage being shifted or deleted once again, even without the landscape layers I previously had.

Whenever you regenerate the foliage you get random positioning. (This is intentional)
Going into edit mode (I assume) triggers a reposition.
