Foliage problem while using TAA and VertexShader

My foliage get a awful artifact while my viewport is parallel with the mesh plane.I make sure the VertexShader and TAA the problem is.The previous frame due to a weird mask area for the foliage.
But how can i avoid this?Can i shut down the TAA for the foliage in material or someway else?And i played Farcry5 which use TAA too,they don’t have the problem.Any help will be appreciated.
