The blue circle outline that indicates where your foliage will be placed does not show up. I have sifted through so many settings to check stuff and I have read through every forum post remotely relating to the subject and nothing helps. I have opened a new project to see if it worked there and it still didnt work.

You need to have something ready to paint…
In my other project I do have something selected there, and even if I didnt it still shows the blue outline.
This is my actual project that I’m working on and as you can see the blue outline still doesnt show up…
