Hi, I’m trying to create an effect of having one foliage type spawning only in another’s shade using Procedural Foliage Spawner e.g. dead branches spawning only under a tree.
From what I understand there’s a flag for this, namely “SpawnsInShade”, and the description it’s given confirms that (“Whether new seeds are spawned exclusively in shade. Occurs in second pass after all types that do not spawn in shade have been simulated. Only valid when CanGrowInShade is true”).
This is not happening though. I’m uploading screenshots of the FoliageTypes settings and the result. At this point I don’t even know if it’s some kind of my mistake, a confusing description or a bug.
