Foliage noise and errors (lightmap and lod)

hi…i downloaded that foliage from quixel bridge but it keep doing a flicking shader noise
and when i build the light it keep giving me errors like lightmap is too large and Instanced meshes don’t yet support unique static lighting for each LOD. Lighting on LOD 1+ may be incorrect unless lightmap UVs are the same for all LODs… i’m new to unreal and all that stuff so i have no idea what those things mean or how to fix them so any help is appreciated

edit: i used that same foliage in a new project and it works fine so it must be some setting that i messed with so any idea what that could be?
