How to solve this problem ? Lowpoly grass ? mesh Not visible form Lumen GI ? or Any settings I would like to try
I haven’t found a good solution yet.
r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.* is the namespace you are looking for.
Reducing r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.DownsampleFactor does help a lot, but it is also expensive.
You can disable r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.ScreenTraces.HZBTraversal, but it has massive impact on the image quality.
Thanks, That help a lot , I will keep trying.
Im having the same problem. It feels like it is something with the sky light and the amount of light hitting the grass.
Did you make any progress so far?
ML
I also post a video on Youtube, someone post a resolution there .
UE5 Lumen Foliage flickering.. - YouTube Hope that could help !!
That’s more a workaround than a solution. The grass looks way worse after disabling it.
Has anyone found a solution for this?
I’m also desperately looking for a solution. Any updates?
r.Lumen.ScreenProbeGather.Temporal.DistanceThreshold 0.2
for light flickering , you can go : Project settings, Rendering, Default Settings, Anti-Aliassing Method, and choose Temporal super-resolution (TSR) , it work for me
I found the solution, I was going crazy, ‘skylight’ - > details tab - > min occlusion: set it to max
Brother You helped me sooo much, Thank You
Guys if you use UltraDynamicSky as me, you can do the same thing it should help you, the name in UDS is DFAO Min Occlusion
does not work for me
