Unfortunately, In UE 5.3 Foliage won’t update its position after mesh vertex sculpt.

Good tip and might be a solution for bigger projects, in small Archviz projects this might be an overkill. I quite like the semi-manual approach of painting the meadow fragments but would expect foliage to work similar as it works with the Landscape, at least as long as there are no overhangs, etc.
