Whats the best way to make a distant foggy background.All i want is to have like a flap plane (with a desert texture most likely) and then some blured fog in the back so you cant actually see the edges of the map.I will possibly make invis walls to prevent the player from getting closer
Why not just use the atmospheric fog? The distance settings can be adjusted so that the fog is off in the distance amd not up close to the player.
This should provide the type of look you’re looking for.
If that doesn’t work you should take a look at exponential height fog as well. I believe there are some different settings in there that may help.
Ah thanks for the tip,i havent tried twiching the settings due to lack of knowledge but i should try that
