Floating Ghost Material

Hello, everyone. I am in need of assistance in creating a ghost material inside UE4. When I say ‘ghost’, I mean that I want this material to be see-through and animated so it moves up and down - similar to common tropes of a ghost/spirit of the paranormal. Does anybody know how I can do this? I’ve been searching far and wide for an answer, but came up empty handed. If you could please leave me some suggestions on how to go about doing this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Particle system is what you need. I can’t find an example, but that’s the thing to research:
