Floating Foilage

Foliage on my static mesh actor is now all of a sudden floating. I checked to see If the collision mesh changed. It is still the same as it was. So not sure why it is now floating.

Any Ideas?


Did you accidentally move your terrain down?

Hi. No. I checked my mesh origin and it is where it should be. If I move terrain up or down the foliage moves with it.

Foliage has a Z axis offset setting, check that it’s set correctly.

I have it set to zero. I grabbed the landscape mesh moved it up and down a few times. Apparently the foliage reset itself. It is now back on the mesh. Strange.
