Flipped Normals

Dear Unreal Community,
I tried to visualize this Jaguar (created in Maya), using the Automotive Materials provided on the Epic Games Marketplace. Some parts of the Model turned out to be flipped on the wrong side(I suppose wrong normals), but I quickly found out that they can be flipped on Actor>Static Mesh>Mesh Editing>Edit Mode>Flip
But although the surfaces are now on the right side, they still appear “tinted”. The same material (see picture) has a different color on the flipped surfaces compared to the surfaces that didnt have to be flipped. Did I do something wrong with the flipping? Why is the color “tinted”?

That doesn’t look to be flipped to me, does it have a normal map on there? The tires do look flipped though.
