How can I remove the flicker of shadows (Lumen) when creating a sequence in UE5?

I had something similar happening. This video helped me a lot, hope it works for you (basically, go to Project Settings → Engine - Rendering → Shadows → change “shadow map method” to Shadow Maps).

That’s not at all what that setting does, if you hover over the name “detail mode” the tool tip lets you know if the system settings are set below the detail mode, that actor will not be rendered. So setting a light to high under detail mode just means it wont render if scalability is set to low or medium.
