I have been having issues with shadows on animated skeletal mesh actors and components.

You can see that the wall to the right should be casting shadow on the character. But you can see the shadow flickering on and off on his head. Not sure why this is happening.
Current setup is using Stationary Directional Lights. with Dynamic Shadow Distance Stationary Light set to 0.
Can anyone point me to the right direction.
