After updating to Unreal Engine 5.6 on my M1 MacBook Pro, I started experiencing a visual bug across all projects. Specifically, I see random blue dots flickering in both the viewport and game view. This issue occurs consistently in Lit, Lighting, Reflections, and other lighting-related view modes. However, when switching to Unlit mode, the flickering completely disappears.
Since the problem appears in multiple projects and only in lighting-based view modes, it seems to be related to rendering or lighting changes introduced in UE 5.6, possibly tied to compatibility with Apple Silicon or Metal rendering.
I’ve already tried changing view modes and verifying project settings, but the issue persists. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
