Flickering again on 4.10.1

I had flickering in my scene when viewed with Oculus for a while then found a magical toggle - stereo on. When I used that it went away and everything was smooth. Now I updated to 4.10.1, and Oculus to 0.8 and flickering is back but only when I run a published exe, when I run a test in unreal editor it’s ok. Any ideas?

Just realized I used a wrong term…I mean juddering

Is there an obvious answer to this that I’m missing?
