Flat White Material for Object Pass with DOF


I’m facing problems with exporting object passes. I’ve tried with cryptomatte using the additional render passes in Render Queue but it does not export the depth of field. I’ve tried also with custom depth buffer, same problem; depth of field won’t be exported.

I was thinking about to create a simple white flat material to render out the object mask pass but I can’t find a way to make a flat white material ( I know it seems stupid ). I’d really appreciate if someone can help me in finding out a way to do that.


i dont really have a solid answer but can you try applying this to your post process? If you use Input2, it’ll return the scene texture with some bloom. So you should get flat white.
