Additional Notes

I assume its due to the engine not allowing you to rename the same name but it shows it works as it goes small it only reverts when you alt drag so idk if its a bug or maybe a fix to the engine renaming issue i have 0 ideas

This sounds like the prefab’s original name is being restored when the Alt-drag operation creates a new instance. Since the corrected capitalization appears to work until the duplication step, it may be that the duplicated prefab is pulling its name from the source asset rather than using the renamed instance.

As a quick workaround, you could try duplicating the prefab first and then changing the name on the new instance. If it still reverts after that, it would be useful to check whether the name is coming from the prefab asset itself or from an inherited/locked property. A small reproduction project with just the prefab and the rename/Alt-drag steps would probably make this easier to confirm as an engine bug.

I did a video i assume its an engine limitation as in the content browser if you have something in caps and change it to without caps (same word) you cannot change it the engine will not let you the weird thing is this is just a id name in the outliner so should work i would assume.

Just to add to this too if you change the names and dnt alt drag when you restart uefn it reverts back to the typo (Caps) version so its an illusion
