We make heavy use of the WorldPartition->OnGenerateStreamingActorDescsMutatePhase delegate to auto sort actors into streaming grids.
One issue we run into is with HLOD Layers because often times that grid we are moving it to wont have the corresponding HLOD layer.
Would it be possible to expose the HLOD Layer property to FActorDescViewMutator so we can manage this problem there?
