[FEATURE REQUEST]SlopeScaledDepthBias for CSM

As described in this thread and this thread,
I’d like to request an ability to change SlopeScaledDepthBias for cascaded shadow maps.

As I see it, ideally one should be able to set unique SlopeScaledDepthBias value for each shadow cascade.

I am totally in support of this. When I first saw this problem, I thought I was crazy due to being new to UE4, but after reading this problem is very real, this is definitely a TOP priority fix. You can see the same problem on the low poly green landscape here.
