Unless you have any suggestions to better remind people that their assigned issue persists (or if I’ve overlooked an existing implementation of this already), I’d like to request a “nag” feature to re-send Slack notifications for issues that haven’t been fixed after a certain period, similar to RoboMerge’s nag feature.
I’m aware that there’s an issue escalation feature, but that is moreso nagging the people who issues are escalated to, rather than the person assigned to the issue (typically the person who introduced it).
I’m also aware of workflow reports, but they don’t [Content removed] though maybe that could be an easy way to implement this?
