FBX objects relative position not properly imported

I made a small model in Blender where I placed the same object multiple times as linked duplicates (multiple instances of the same mesh).

I can properly export this and if I open the fbx for example with VS2015, it properly renders all my 4 duplicates at their respective positions.
However if I import this mesh in UE4, all the 4 duplicates end up at the same position.

Thank you for your report. I was able to replicate this using Blender Linked Duplicates assets and have entered a bug report as UE-23771. As we work toward a solution, I will keep you informed here.
